Acceptance of Operational Protocols
By accessing capecodrootsandblues.com (hereinafter referred to as “The Platform”), you acknowledge that this site acts as a logistical interface and information repository. It is not a legal counsel service, nor is it a guaranteed booking engine.
The methodologies, checklists, and operational vignettes described herein are derived from active field operations. However, every touring scenario contains unique variables. Reliance on any information provided on this Platform is solely at your own risk. We provide the map; you must drive the truck.
Intellectual Property & Methodology

Prohibited Use: You may not repackage, resell, or white-label these operational documents for use in a competing logistics consultancy or software platform without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability regarding Advice
Touring involves high-stakes variables: heavy machinery, electricity, fatigue, and public safety. While we strive for accuracy in our “Ops Briefs,” we cannot predict the specific conditions of your load-in.
Cape Cod Roots & Blues shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the information on this site. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missed show times due to reliance on estimated timeline examples.
- Equipment damage resulting from interpretation of packing guides.
- Customs fines resulting from use of checklist templates.
The user assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws (including DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations).
Digital Communication & Privacy
When you engage with our “Contact” forms or “Quote Request” engines, you are transmitting sensitive logistical data. We utilize industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect this transmission.
Data Usage: We do not sell your route data to third parties. We do not sell your contact info to brokerages. We use your data solely to determine the feasibility of servicing your tour and to generate operational manifests.
Third-Party Links & Tools
The Platform may contain links to external sites (e.g., FMCSA portals, weather services, mapping tools). We have no control over the content and policies of these sites. A link to a Department of Transportation page is for convenience only and does not imply an endorsement of their current administrative status or accuracy.
