How do I get my tickets and when is will call open?

Click here for tickets the Cape Cod Roots & Blues Festival!!! Day-of-ticket sales and Will Call will be available at the box office tent at the entrance to the Festival beginning at 11:00am on the day of the event. Gates open at 12pm and the festival will finish by 6pm!

What time is the event?

The Cape Cod Roots & Blues Festival on September 15, 2018 runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please! Or a digital copy thru the Eventbrite app will work as well.

Do you accept cash or credit card for any day of show ticket purchases?

We are 100% Cashless for tickets to the CCR&B Fest. This is both at the door and in advance.

Are children allowed at the Cape Cod Roots & Blues Festival?

YES, a child ticket for the festival is available for $6 but must be purchased with a full price ticket. Please note, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Are children allowed at the VIP event on September 14th, at Hog Island Beer Co.?

No. The VIP event is age 21+ only.

If it rains, does the event go on?

The event is rain or shine!

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled.

My ticket says ``General Admission``. Are there any seats at the event or can I bring a chair or blanket?

This is a general admission “standing room/festival style” event. You are welcome to bring a blanket or chair with you to enjoy the event.  Please do.

How do I get to the event, and where do I park?

You can follow the mass transit directions here or if you are coming by Car,   Parking is available on site at the Nauset Beach lot and overflow.

Can I bring a cooler with food or drinks into the event?

No.  While we don’t allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the event, there will be plenty available for purchase. Additionally, we do not allow coolers or large bags into the event, primarily for safety reasons.

–    Outside non-alcoholic drinks permitted for single use only. (Non glass)
–    Outside food permitted for children and single use only.
–    Outside water bottles allowed.
–    No outside alcohol.
–    No glass bottles of any kind.
–    No BBQ’s or anything flammable.

Can I bring my dog to the festival events?

No. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate your pets this year.

Can bring my camper to the event?

No. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate your camper this year. However, there are a few nearby locations to park and camp. View suggestions here.  Please call the locations before hand to make sure there is room to park.

Are tents or canopies allowed at the festival?

No. Unfortunately, tents or canopies are not allowed at the festival. However, you are welcome to bring beach chairs and blankets.

Can we tape the show?
Audio taping is approved. Please keep your sticks by the sound board.  Sorry, no board feeds. Video taping is NOT permitted. Point and shoot cameras and camera phones are OK for use.
–    No professional cameras unless confirmed by CCRB admin.
–    No video professionals unless confirmed by CCRB admin.
What items are prohibited?

–    No outside alcohol
–    Beach Umbrellas or anything over head
–    No glass bottles of any kind
–    No BBQ’s or anything flammable
–    No Fire arms of any sort
–    No Pocket knives or weapons of any sort
–    No pro camera unless confirmed by CCRB admin
–    No video professional unless confirmed by CCRB admin
–     No Re-entry to the event
